IPyKernel Manger Pre-Release - Developer Edition

IPyKernel Manager Alpha 1.0

This release celebrates the release of IPyKernelManager Alpha Edition.

There are many bugs and incomplete features, but installation can be done using the developer instructions in the readme.

Implemented Features

• Change kernel display names
• Change basic kernel launch variables
• Change (already set) environment variables*

Actively Working On

• Complete-ness of environment variable setting
• parameters for compute cores (backend and frontend)

Please don't expect anything in the frontend to be stable, as that is being worked on and
will need a refactor before a public release.
