What does this PR do?

User should be able to signin

Description of Task to be completed

When a user clicks on the enter button from the homepage, he/she is redirected to the signin page
When he/she doesn't have an account yet, he/she clicks on the signup link to be redirected to the
signup page
A task remaining to be completed is that responsiveness is not yet been worked on
Interactivity with javascript also should be done, but not yet.

How should this be manually tested?

When a user clicks on Enter button from the homepage, he/she is redirected to the signin button
