We would like to improve the accessibility of the address autocomplete

Acceptance criteria

The dropdown provides an aria hint that tells the user the number of results that are available in the autocomplete list + a hint to use the arrow keys to select a specific item.
When a user forgets to select an address, the modal for point selection does not close, but the user is told immediately that the address is missing. The user is then able to go back to the address autocomplete field easily. Currently the
