Release loader 1.2

Hi it's me again.

I am back with new release 1.2!

How to use:

• Download a release NEPS loader (NLoader.exe under assets)
• Place it somewhere memorable ;)
• Open CS:GO
• Run the loader with administrator privileges^*
• By default menu key is set to DEL on the number pad
• Voila!

Feel free to compile your own version of NEPS loader! Source code of it is available right in this repository.

NEPS drastically improved since 1.1, and actually with some useful ones.
