  • Translated idk.csv for BQ as it doesn't accept double single quotes '' for escaping and requires \'.
  • Note that idk.csv still works for Postgres, MySQL, SQLite and T-SQL.
  • Also modified sql_to_bigquery to accept these IDK exceptions where the SQL doesn't contain any table names.
