+## SIG Description
+
+This is the sig for deepin translation. 
+Special Note: English original text (written in the code) and corresponding Chinese text do not need to be translated.

+## Goal

+The vision of this sig is to translate deepin OS to as many languages as we can!

+## Charter
+
+Everyone is welcome but please be polite, friendly and helpful. Bad behavior will be subject for exclusion.
