Automatic Python Versions to Compare SVG Template

• Added benchmark framework feature to allow test-writers to add custom platform details (properties) to the benchmark-platform.csv
• Added automatic collection of Python pip package versions to the CompareTestRunner and to platform properties
• Added platform-summary-results.csv (much like benchmark-summary-results.csv) to pull up platform details from multiple runs
• Improved SVG template replacement variables to allow replacement of platform properties in addition to benchmark values
• Updated SVG template to use platform properties for cpu-threads, max-memory, product versions, etc
