Proposed changes

There is a known issue where machines with NVIDIA driver v565 are invalid such that Deepgram Engine containers cannot utilize the GPU. This updates the diagnostic script to flag that.

Types of changes

  • Bugfix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
  • New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)
  • Breaking change (fix or feature that would cause existing functionality to not work as expected)
  • Documentation update or tests (if none of the other choices apply)

Checklist

  • I have read the CONTRIBUTING doc
  • I have tested my changes in my local self-hosted environment
    • Tested with different version of NVIDIA drivers installed, and errors were raised properly when on an unsupported driver version.
  • I have added necessary documentation (if appropriate)

Great to know. I will include this in the December self-hosted changelog too. Lately we've just listed:

Minimum required NVIDIA driver version: >=525.60.13
