Feat: Livekit debug rtt quality connection

What does this PR change?

Added UI panel to display current participants and their connection quality.

New UI elements:

1. DebugGroup - allows to add an one level nesting to the tabs
2. DebugList - allows to display a list of entities in the debug panel

How to test the changes?

1. Launch the explorer
2. Play happy path and view the debug panel
