Error at "TSS distance distribution" step

Hi,
I have an issue when running the pipeline at the step "TSS distance distribution" step.
Namely, the test_sample_peaks_partition_dist.pdf file is not created, possibly because the wrong path for saving is indicated. The pipeline continues executing without crashing.

This is the code snippet in question as it appears in the terminal:
