Hi,
Thanks for making this wounderful tool, I am very excited to use it. I have 15 spatial samples How can I use them all together? Can you please let me know how best I can use it?

Thank you very much for your interest in our tool!

Currently, SpaCET does not support integrated analyses of multiple ST data sets. We recommend that you can use a loop to process your samples individually, and further compare them together.
