Hi Dr. Ru,

A follow up question on this dataset. I noticed the annotation of the reference you are using for deconvolution in this colorectal cancer (GSE146771) is different from the cell types you showed in Fig. 4e. I wonder if you re-annotated the cell types. If so, would you mind sharing the reference with the new annotation?
