Thank you for this exciting tool! I was wondering whether I can use SpaCET in data generated by other platforms rather than Visium or Slide-seq.

Hi, Maria,

Thank you for your interest in our package. SpaCET can be applied to other ST platforms beyond what we mentioned in our manuscript (i.e., original ST, Visium, and Slide-seq). For example, one of our users has used SpaCET to analyze the Stereo-seq data (#7). What you need to do is to prepare the input in the required format for create.SpaCET.object(). Please see more details by ?create.SpaCET.object.
