PR Summary 📃

• 🔔 New Alarm Addition
  A new alert system has been added which will tell us when the number of requests to our server increases significantly. This means we can act quickly if our servers get busier than usual!

• 📖 Minimum Required AWS Version Updated
  The guide book (README.md) got a little refresh. It now shows the updated, minimum version of our magic tool (aws provider) that developers need to use :tools:. This ensures everyone has what they need to start off their magic coding journey right! ✨
