Updated the PluginList to use an Array to get the plugins rather than a more hard-coded method. Also, the /install recommended command now installs more plugins. Also added JSONObject as a built in dependency for future use

First function release of EaglerPluginInstaller which has a "/install " and a "/plist" command which shows a list of available plugins to install. Also, there is an autoupdater removing the need to constantly reinstall the plugin.

The README's download link is still the latest version
