Initial release of Windable.

Supports:

• Wind visualization at different altitudes.
• Configurable options for the wind map.

Still missing:

• meaningful scales for color scheme (e.g. provide the API users a discrete array of what the color scheme translates to in the real world)
• meaningful scales for velocity (e.g. provide the API user a spectrum of what the particle velocity translate to in the real world)
• repeat rendering across x-axis instead of halting rendering
