This pull request:

Renames the C# namespace Korga.Server to Korga
Moves Korga-specific code from Korga.Core into Korga
Moves ChurchTools API client from Korga.Core into an own project ChurchTools
Removes the empty Korga.Core project
Reduces the level of nesting from /server/src/Korga to /server/Korga (one folder for source and test projects)
Updates NuGet packages


          Simplify backend project structure and namespaces
