When the cluster is not available, we will be running Elasticsearch from TestContainers.
This PR also removes lot of leftovers when we removed the support for WorkPlace Search (#1832). ie, we don't need Access Token anymore.
We also updated Elasticsearch 7 to 7.17.23.
