The second to last release. Some quick bug fixes and the ability for "cd /"
Also adds "cat" command to read files.

Because of the huge Release 5, this is the final pre-release before the final version.

Sorry, this is VERY late! The next functional release is already out though. The information below is incredibly outdated! See the latest release.

This release does not have functionality beyond creating, opening, and listing files in a directory. Unless you specifically add files into the directory, there is no reason to be using this release beyond testing purposes.

The jump from 0.0.3 to 0.1 was unplanned, but I actually expect to have it all done on the next release, (either finished tonight or by Friday)

It is highly recommended to isolate the release inside of its own folder!

This is not equipped with the full features, and has no editing capabilities. Currently, it writes to a directory called "HierarchyCreator" in the same folder as the exe, so it is recommended you create a shortcut.

Bugs are likely present, please open an issue if you encounter one. I don't need a whole "Expected Result, etc." just give me a basic understanding of what happened.

Note: Even though this is "v0.0.3 Alpha," it is the first downloadable release.
