Issue

• Executing yarn results in the following message, although [email protected] is globally installed:

warning Your current version of Yarn is out of date. The latest version is "1.22.22", while you're on "1.22.19".

• Renovate did not correctly update the repo in chore(deps): update dependency yarn to version 1.22.22 🌟 #1552 . It left the repo in a mixed state between [email protected] and [email protected].

Change

Update to refer consistently to [email protected] (current latest for Yarn v1 Classic).
