Optimize network config and add space-pussy network #16

  • add space-pussy network
  • replace format to f-string
  • remove default version checking
  • optimize network config
    • extend NetworkConfig to NetworkConfigCwTensor class with adding token, network_explorer, address_prefix, and contract address
    • move network_explorer_map, token, and contracts to network config
    • add token_symbol and giga_token_symbol properties to NetworkConfigCwTensor class
  • remove unused ParamWithTypes class

- replace format to f-string

- update cybernet contract
- update docs
- update readme
