Add biomon system diagnostic check as a feature.

  • find related .inkwidget and .inkanim
  • update inkanim crate to support generating instantiation boilerplate
  • modularize .inkwidget for dynamic inputs
  • modularize .inkanim for responsive anims

This has already been done in Life Insurance mod.
Leaving this PR pending since they might release a standalone widget library for modders, as stated in their description.
