It looks like #136 renamed the `test` directory to `tests`. In the process, it seems to have deleted these files, which was then causing (e.g.) `make og` to fail.

It looks like #136 renamed the
testdirectory totests. In the process, it seems to have deleted these files, which was then causing (e.g.)make ogto fail. This restores those tests.(I'm reasonably confident we want this, so I'm going to go ahead and merge it right away, but let me know if I misunderstood something, @susan-garry!)
