Grab daily sun articles, store them, and provide frontend with routes

Added new Article model
There is a new mongo db for daily sun articles
I get new ones every hour and cleanse the database every 5 days because frontend only wants the one within the last 3 days.

untested (vibe coded it btw so probably should)
