When the
event-stream,rustix, anduse-dev-ttyfeatures are all enabled, crossterm fails to compile due to differences in theFileDescconstructor between therustixandlibcbackends.This feature combo isn't tested under
--all-featuresbecause that enableslibcso I amended one of the other CI jobs to includeevent-stream.
