Inline Body Placeholder

• Context reaction with the functionality to ad multiple "items" for placing inline, context fields consist of:
• Dropdown listing all type of inline content on the site.
• Configuration field(s) for the selected inline content type
• Dropdown listing the position as a number to place the block before.
• Dropdown to select if it should be counting from the beginning or the end of the body.
• Multiple contexts should be able to be placed per page.
• Sub modules that define available inline content types: inline_blocks
