Styled study page using padding on elements instead of using
SizedBoxeverywhere.Fixed json serialization of messages in mobile sensing, which also required us to fix some things in the study page, because of assets not being correctly loaded.
This unfortunately needed to make dependency override of device_info_plus, which can be reverted when cph-cachet/carp.sensing-flutter#325 gets resolved.
