This PR trims down the base minids repository to be only the common package - the other minis can then be made into their own repositories. As we've discussed, the monorepo approach was fine at first, but it's become unwieldy as the number of minis continues to increase.
I've still got some work to do on this - in particular the template script needs to be updated.
