nn4mc Python Alpha 2.5, Web Integration Release

This package is still in the alpha stage but this release provides some much needed integration with nn4mc web.

nn4mc Python Alpha Release

This is a very initial release to test distribution, and to get some other projects moving along. The package should be working as intended, so feel free to use it but beware of bugs. Reach out if you have problems.
