Feel free to ignore the Highlights
->Security Bug Bounty Hunter
in my profile(to the left),
that was just an accidental find1 and I ain't[sic] worthy of that title.
However, the only way to hide it is to leave the organization GitHubBounty
which I'm not yet ready/willing to do2 just for that3.
Footnotes
-
that being said, it was an opportunity for me to choose whether or not to follow a path in security, but I've decided against it because focusing on bugs/issues (which is something I naturally do, it seems, and with a certain enjoyment which I'm not really proud of) is only creating more of them (if you believe the universe works like I do) for me(or others alike) to fix. Thus I could choose between creating more bugs(indirectly) or creating more software(directly) instead. I seem to want to choose the latter, if I can get rid of the habit of enjoying the finding/reporting/working_around of bugs/wrongs/inconsistencies. ↩

plus it's unclear what side-effects leaving has. ↩

though I might change my mind if it becomes too deceptive to have that
Security Bug Bounty Hunter
show in my profile. Although mentioning that here might help dispel the illusion. ↩
