Folder permissions are wrong for the image styles /styles folder

Discovered while working on a new site which uses standard gd toolkit for image styles. Original files for the images are stored, but any image using image styles was broken.

We ran the makedrupaltheirs to reset the permissions, but noticed folder permissions were wrong on the styles folder.

Looks like cibuild owns both the group and owner, but it should be at least cibuild:apache. And the fix permission script doesn't fix it either. Had to manually change.
