This PR updates the Command R and Command R+ model card documentation to provide more comprehensive information on the models' safety, intended and unintended use cases, and technical specifications.

  • The title of the model card documentation has been changed to "Command R and Command R+ Model Card".
  • The description has been updated to reflect the new focus on the Command R and Command R+ models.
  • The documentation now includes a section on safety benchmarks, which discusses the evaluation of the models on the BOLD dataset for biases based on profession, gender, race, religion, and political ideology.
  • The models' intended use cases, such as sophisticated text generation and complex RAG and tool-use tasks, are outlined.
  • The documentation highlights the models' unintended and prohibited use cases, including decisions with significant individual impact and social scoring.
  • A new section on usage notes provides guidance on model toxicity, bias, and potential misuse.
  • The technical notes section has been expanded to cover language limitations, sampling parameters, prompt engineering, and potential for misuse.
  • The model card documentation is now linked in the navigation section of the v1.yml and v2.yml files.
