Removes [semver](https://github.com/npm/node-semver). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependencies [semver](https://github.com/npm/node-semver), [jsonwebtoken](https://github.com/auth0/node-jsonwebtoken) and [jest](https://github.com/facebook/jest/tree/HEAD/packages/jest). These dependencies need to be updated together.
