• C++11实现的RTSP服务器和推流器。主要完成对H265视频编码文件的RTSP推流

使用说明

• 1.编译并运行程序；
• 2.打开VLC软件，在媒体-->打开网络串流输入：rtsp://127.0.0.1:554/codec2021 ，点VLC的播放按钮
• 3.即可在VLC软件看到本地H265码流文件的画面

编译环境

• Linux: gcc 4.8
• Windows: vs2017以上
