- If a bucket is archived, does the balance go back into the users’ accounts?
- if you archive a bucket while its being funded (ie, before it is completely funded), then yes, the funds do bounce back to the users who gave money.
- if you archive a bucket that has been funded, nothing happens to the funds (it just shows up as archived)
- Does the amount in the CSV upload add or replace the existing balance?
- The amounts in the CSV upload replaces (updates) the existing balances
- If I leave out a user, will it erase their membership or simply not update it?
- If a user is left off the CSV upload, their account balance will not be affected, it simply won't be updated.
- I assume if I add NEW rows to the CSV upload, it will create new users? Does it email the users to announce this and have them set up a password?
- CSV upload is looking for matching emails, and it’ll say at the top "X # members will be added to your group," etc. if they’re a completely new user to cobudget, then they’re invited to create a cobudget account and join the group you invited them to. if they’re an existing cobudget user, then they’re invited to join your group.
- When a bucket is funded and paid out, is there a way to mark it reconciled or paid in cobudget?
- Not at the moment. Current admins use the comments for this as a workaround.
