Custom Component: Inheritance checkbox at a given input

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As a user sometimes I want to set a field to the special value <<inherit>> to mark it as inheriting from the parent (or settings).

Describe the solution you'd like
A checkbox net to the actual controls of the input so that a user can set it to <<inherit>>. The input should be disabled in case the box is ticked during edit mode. When an item is viewed then no special formatting should be done.
