Almost drop all codes forked from angular-carousel... i.e. a complete rewrite in the 'angular way'. For details refer to README.md .

I'm considering to discontinue the support for the 'ancient browsers' , and this implementation is currently only tested on Chrome and Android WebView(specifically 4.3) .
