SG loose ammo boxes AT LAST!!!

About the pull request

The purpose of this PR is to add loose ammo boxes for the M56B smartgun.
I've been wanting to add them for a while now, and honestly I'm several years late because this shit should've been in the game the day they gave smartguns 500 round drums 😭

I have tested my changes. You can order the loose ammo box from requisitions at $3K a pop, which is the same as the SG drum crate- Given both have x1000 bullets, it makes sense they would be priced the same. Adding and removing ammo works fine without issue.

You can also make them with cardboard, I just added it nearby to the existing SG drum boxes for ease of user accessibility.

Explain why it's good for the game

I cannot sufficiently convey the PTSD I have suffered over the past half-decade verbally.

add: Loose SG ammo box (10x28mm), available to order from requisitions (full, x1000 bullets, $3K), or built using cardboard (empty).
spellcheck: The grammar for part of the ammo box description doesn't make sense, and I finally had an opportunity to correct this grievance so I did.
qol: Refilling ammo as SG no longer makes you contemplate putting an M4A3 in your mouth.
