Xenos are now warned about Reactor SD #8030

About the pull request

xenos are now warned when reactor is:

  • 50% done
  • 75% done
  • and exploding

previously xenos were only warned the moment that SD started, and if you weren't paying attention to the announcements you had no idea that SD was occuring, and even if you did, you had no idea how long it would take before SD explodes.

Explain why it's good for the game

Xenos should be warned that they're about to lose the round (Tie, but everyone considers it a marine major) so that they can go prevent it.
