About the pull request
Makes Concentrated Adrenaline work. It's main function has not worked since #335.
Concentrated Adrenaline now heals a moderate amount of oxygen damage instead of causing a large amount of it.
Concentrated Adrenaline now causes 166% of its original heart damage.
