About the pull request
Adjusts the OD limits of alcohol-based reagents and overall lessens the intensity of the overdose. Can still be lethal if left untreated.
Explain why it's good for the game
For an actual reason; alcohol ODs are just agony to deal with because marines drinking in moderation is as rare as rocking-horse shit. This is for the poor bastards who pick corpsman (or synth) on greenshifts, y'all real ones.
