About the pull request

Made a goof when setting the Army & USASF spec skills in #525, this fixes it
Compiled, tested locally, changes work and don't cause the NULL skill error on the check_skills verb
New prop gear preset added; army gunner. Has a (slightly) buffed HPR loaded with AP and deployable baricades.
Army troopers and a few other roles recieved backpacks with supplies in them too.
Rejiggered the IMP backback's wording, gave an in-code meaning for the IMP designation that isn't purely Marine related (Intuitive Mounting Point system, basically MOLLE in space)

Changelog

🆑
add: New Army role; the gunner. Has a SAW, lots of ammo and porta-cades
add: Various army roles recieve backpacks with flares and other relevant supplies. The medic now gets surgical line & synthgraft.
fix: Corrected the spec_weapons skill of army troopers and USASF personnel
