@cms-sw/orp-l2 , In order to token based authentication, Facilities and Services group would like to get xrootd 5.7.0 back-ported to all CMSSW releases with xrootd 5. This PR updates xrootd for 14.0.X . Feel free to integrate it for next 14.0.X IB/release

This pull request is fully signed and it will be integrated in one of the next IB/CMSSW_14_0_X/master IBs (tests are also fine).
