feat(OS_Scan): Implement asset policy violation logic

Task Description
After getting assets from a Converged Cloud project, implement logic that check the existing assets against configuration policy to determine if asset is compliant vs not compliant.

Start with hardcoding the policy in the check as the policy tool/language has not been determined yet.

Might be able to reuse check logic against SGSC 4.5 hardening rule from the scanner PoC: #266.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Implement 1 or 2 basic policy checks against assets in SDAI Converged Cloud project
