Changelog

• Allow configuration of TLS cipher suites to servers downstream of Syslog Agents (fixes #34)
  The drain_cipher_suites property can now be configured with a list of TLS ciphers considered valid by the Syslog Agent. If the property is not configured, the default list of ciphers here will be used. Additionally, individual drains can be configured with the query param ssl-strict-internal=true. This configuration will configure the affected drain to only use the more restrictive set of SSL ciphers allowed by internal components.

• Log metadata encoded as Structured Logs can now be disabled using the query param ?disable-metadata=true on drains (fixes #35)

• The addresses of Dopplers downstream of Loggregator Agents can now be configured.
