Upgrading

This brokerpak no longer contains legacy Terraform versions. As a result, before upgrading to this brokerpak, while you have brokerpak v1.10.0 installed, make sure that all services instances have been upgraded using cf upgrade-service. The UpgradeAllServices CF CLI plugin can help with this. The upgrade from v1.10.0 to v1.11.0 has been tested, but upgrades from previous versions have not been tested and may not function as expected.
