Enables detection and validates `CentOS Stream` for OSMorphing
Fixes repository fetching for Oracle Linux 9 OSes. Also adds `addons` repo enablement, for extra package search (i.e. `ovmd`)
Adds core OSMorphing tools and OS detection method for Rocky Linux OS
