Adds the ability to define custom classes as "custom-block-storage-class" and "custom-file-storage-class" parameters if you also define "cloud-pak-deployer-storage-type" as "custom" instead of "auto."

Bumps timeout to 9 hours as the new sequential install is timing out for some of the larger component installs.
