Adds support for the task_received signal from Celery.

This overlaps partially with #34, #81, #82.

I was hoping to support a few other signals first, but...I think they're a bit trickier, so probably best to release it as is, yes. 👍 Will add it to my to do list.

It would be amazing, we are now quite blind without this. We have ticket in backlog for adding other signals, so we'll help - I hope :)
