Domain managers can export their own domain data to a CSV file

Issue description

Domain managers need to download data about all the domains under their purview. We should offer a CSV file.

The output should be like domain-manager-specific "all domain metadata" report and should inherit functionality and output in that format. In other words, if the larger "all domain metadata" report changes, this should be changed as well.

Acceptance criteria

• Domain managers can download a CSV file of all domains for which they are a manager
• The report matches the domain metadata report for column headers and file name

Additional context

• Keep in mind in the next ticket we will also be getting domain info for domains the user has View rights to as well as getting only domains for the current organization.
• Work was started on an "export data to CSV" function earlier in the project, but we removed it from the registrar MVP last fall. See https://github.com/cisagov/manage.get.gov/blob/main/src/registrar/templates/home.html#L37-L50.

We get 2-5 requests per week asking for this information, so it's useful.
Code is probably existing, just commented out? May be fairly simple.
