Issue description
Domain managers need to download data about all the domains under their purview. We should offer a CSV file.
The output should be like domain-manager-specific "all domain metadata" report and should inherit functionality and output in that format. In other words, if the larger "all domain metadata" report changes, this should be changed as well.
